Here's an inside look at the Edina remodel as it keeps taking shape. This is the kind of work that most people never see - and honestly, it's the most important part of any remodel. What happens behind the walls and above the ceilings determines how safe, functional, and future-proof a space is going to be.

We're deep into the rough-in phase here. That means panels, wiring runs, framing, and making sure every circuit is placed exactly where it needs to be before anything gets closed up. On a job this size, there's no room for shortcuts. The electrical backbone has to be right the first time - because once the drywall goes up, fixing mistakes gets expensive fast.

One thing we take seriously on remodels like this is keeping the work organized and clean even when it's mid-construction chaos. Wiring routed neatly through the framing, panels positioned correctly, rough-in boxes set at the right depth - these details matter. They make the inspection process smoother and protect whoever lives in that home for decades to come.

A full remodel like this one involves a lot of moving parts across multiple trades all working at once. Our job is to make sure the electrical side is coordinated, code-compliant, and ready to support whatever the finished space calls for. Whether that's a fully loaded basement bar area, updated rooms throughout, or a new layout entirely - the groundwork we're laying right now makes all of it possible.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but this project is progressing the right way - methodically and with attention to every detail behind the walls. Follow along as we continue sharing updates from the Edina project.
